The Purpose of this class is to tone and sculpture your body. We work on legs, arms and abs
with your own body weight by doing Cardio, Plyometrics, Push Ups, Squats, and Kickboxing etc.
ZUMBA FITNESS - Tuesdays at 7 pm with Sara, Wednesdays at 5:30 pm with Alex and Thursdays at 6 pm with Dana! Also Saturdays at 9 am!
