Adult Cardio Kickboxing: (Ages 13+) Tue/Thur 5:30am & 5:00pm
Adult Kickboxing Technique/Fight Training: Tue/Thur 6:30pm
Strength & Conditioning: Mon/Wed 5:30am & 5-7pm (evening class, participants can come at any time between 5-7pm)
Pound Fitness: Mon/Wed/Fri 6pm
Open Gym: Mon-Friday 12-7pm free for monthly members or $10 drop-in
$50 monthly membership per class or $10 drop-in. First class is FREE! Discounts for enrolling in more than one class.

Who We Are
We are a group of friends that started CrossFit in 2008. It has become a way of life for each of us individually and for our families. Our goal is to bring the things we believe so strongly in about CrossFit to more people in our community. In addition to daily WOD’s we offer advanced classes for the competitive CrossFit athlete, Olympic Weightlifting and mobility clinics. The Oroville YMCA was founded in 1914 and serves all ages and faiths in our community to build a healthy spirit, mind, and body. In 2008 we merged with other Northern California YMCA's and became the YMCA of Superior California.
