Lambert Sports and Fitness is not your typical gym. There are no weight machines, treadmills, or ellipticals. We believe in movement. From the warm up to the cool down, you will be on your feet. Our workouts are for busy men and women who want a results-driven, effective, and efficient workout without the worry of what to do. We use a multilevel system appropriate for anyone regardless of fitness level. Our instructors are there to ensure proper form and safe progressions allowing everyone a quality workout. We are dedicated to your well-being!
When you visit our Christian salon you will start off with a free cup of hot coffee or a cold bottle of water. Then you can enjoy either a hair or nail service, we do cut color and perms, as well as real and acrylic and gel nails mani and pedi and tips. Plus waxing. When you leave you will have a new friend and a new place to visit not just get your hair done!
