Total Body Fitness offers a variety of group fitness classes that are suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. Class times range from 30 minutes ($2) to an hour ($4). Childcare is available through Stonebrooke Center (infants - 12 yrs. old) for $2/ hr. The childcare providers will change diapers if needed.
REV (Spin) classes are limited to 10 people. We highly suggest reserving a bike 24 hours prior to class starting (text 573-842-9090 with your name)
