Three and a half years ago, I was unhappy with myself in many ways. I was overweight, unhealthy, not as successful as I should be, unworthy, hopeless, and I just felt "stuck" where I was in my current circumstances.

I believe that nutrition and exercise are VITAL to a lifestyle change as well as plant based supplementation and overall consistency. This is my story.

I couldn't afford to settle for the norm anymore. It wasn't enough. My family deserved more options. They deserved to have parents who aren't always stressed out and because God has called us to live our best life right now and he has given us all we need to succeed and help others!

I discovered a line of plant based health and wellness supplements which were able to help me get down to the root causes of my health issues. In a nut shell, I overcame borderline diabetes, and came out of a depressed period. I craved healthier foods, water and exercise. Because Plexus found me, I changed my life. I gained confidence, drive, friends, the ability to work from home and be able to contribute financially!
