Sitmonchai gym is home to one of the best loved Muay Thai fighters in Thailand, Pornsanae Sitmonchai. Famous for his heavy hands and savage leg kicks, he is also celebrated for his massive fighter's heart.

Other fighters at the gym include Thepnimit Sitmonchai aka Mr Knock, who fights in the same "Sitmonchai" style and Yodkhunpon Sitmonchai, who fights regularly for Glory World Series and Topking Promotions.

The gym itself has been around for over 30 years, built from the ground up by the Sri Prasert family and the nak muays and trainers who lived and worked here all their lives. In 2011, the gym began training non-Thais and the family spirit still endures. All padwork, sparring and clinching is done with our Thai trainers and fighters.

The camp is located 95 km outside of Bangkok in beautiful Kanchanaburi province. There are minivans leaving at regular 15 minute intervals from Bangkok's Mochit Bus Station and the Southern Bus Terminal in Pinklao. Private pickups are also available.
