The goal of our programme is to turn you into your own personal trainer. Only you are guaranteed to be with you for the rest of your life. We don’t teach you how to use a particular machine; we teach you how to exercise properly; so that you can achieve your health and fitness goals, rehabilitate injuries, and prevent future injuries.
Our programme is not confined to a gym only, we also enjoy the outdoors. We can come to your home or office – we help simplify life!
Nutrition is the basis: Learn how to eat properly based on your goals following two key principles.
1. Eating strategies must be easy to follow (we don’t believe in diets) and they must include foods you already like to eat.
2. Learn how to manage the way foods ought to be combined, so that optimal performance can be achieved.
Skulpt Health and Wellness Programme offers a complete fitness evaluations, including: Blood pressure screening, body fat percentage, body mass index (BMI), skeletal muscle and visceral fat (belly fat), body water, bone density, and metabolic age.
