We have over 35 pieces of ISO Lateral plate-loaded equipment some of the industry's most advanced strength-training technologies. This equipment explores the ergonomic advantages of using converging and diverging arcs of motion. This means you get the power to build a world class physiques for any endeavor.
We have a bag room for those who want to hone their fighting skills or who want to add a different dimension to their training.
A huge range of free weight dumb bells up to 85KGs which can satisfy all of our Spartans.
A small cardio room, including cycle, running machine, stair master and stepper. We also run spinning classses.
Spartans is fully equipped with boxing ring and bag room where we run boxing sessions and in association with King Gym a full Muay Thai and boxing class timetable for beginners, children ladies and Pros.
