STRIKING BEAUTIES was originally established in 2009 as the first women's only boxing gym in New England, with its first location in North Attleboro. From the ground up, it was designed to create a more comfortable and welcoming environment for women in the world of boxing. Striking Beauties also welcomes men and children to experience the benefits of boxing.
This original and unique concept was inspired by the sense of empowerment, physical strength and inner confidence experienced by all boxers.
Boxing is known and accepted by many to be one of the best workouts due to its ability to target the entire body.
Boxers are the most conditioned athletes.
These workouts give members an excellent mental and physical workout, improves self-confidence, self-esteem, self-defense, strength, muscle toning without bulking, coordination, and agility.
It gives members who have plateaued a new workout and to move past their fitness comfort zone and goals.

We offer open gym / intro to boxing free Monday thru Friday starting at 4:30pm. Come in and learn basic boxing terms and techniques. Practice on the heavy bag. Learn modifications for any exercise! Come to as many as you need to get you ready for a group class of fitness boxing!
