Also specify the exact treatment you would like to get so that we can book you accordingly. Adding services while doing your treatment is very difficult as it may affect our schedule.
Please understand that my business is my source of income and failure to comply with my policies results in lost income and lost time on my part, which is the reason I have implemented these policies. I do not have these policies in place to be mean, rude or non-understanding of personal issues. Please respect my business and me by obeying the policies I have put in place.

Reservation
Reservation for appointments that are an hour or more in length requires a non-refundable deposit of Rs300. If you cannot make it on the appointed date please inform us at least 24h prior to your appointment date so you can reschedule for another date. Please note you will only be allowed to do that once.
Cancellation
Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling 454 1690 or texting 5497 8120 or by messaging us on our Facebook page: Switangel Nail Studio. Please give at least 12 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it's not always possible to give adequate notice when you can't make an appointment. However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.
Lateness
Scheduled appointments have a 15 minute grace period to allow for traffic snarls or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.
Payment
• We accept cash only.
• Please ensure that you get an invoice for your treatment and that the amount written is the amount you are paying. No invoice means that your treatment is free!
Guarantee & Refund
Enhancements (nail extensions) and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 3 days after your appointment; excluding breakage. If you lose an enhancement or notice chip or lifting in the first 3 days, please call us to schedule a free repair in the next 2 days. Repairs after 3 days or for breakage, tears, and corner break are at Rs100 each. Please remember, nails are jewels not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look good for weeks after your service.
Normal nail polish services, nail charms and rhinestones/studs are NOT guaranteed.
If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. Absolutely no cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
Children
We love to serve children at our location, however we do not provide child care services. The studio has a lot of hazards for small children including small and sharp objects, electrical appliances and highly volatile chemicals. If your children are not receiving any service and are high energy and require a lot of attention, we would prefer you come accompanied with someone who can look after them so that they do not disturb you or the nail techs.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse:
• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
• Anyone in an ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear would be further harm by our services.
• Anyone more than 15 minutes late without notification.
• Rude, mean or disrespectful persons.
