Overlooking the Meridian Hill park, is the Art of Living Happiness Center (previously The Sri Sri Center for Peace and Meditation) is a historic mansion in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of DC . It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991 as the Mansion at 2401 15th Street, NW.

The Center, a place of uplifting spiritual energy and serenity, offers self-development and wellness programs serving the DC Metro community.

The core offering of Art of Living is the Happiness Program. The Happiness Program teaches breathing techniques and knowledge that will make a huge positive impact on your life because they are proven to reduce stress and increase joy.

As a Happiness Program participant you will learn to master several practical and powerful tools that will benefit you for the rest of your life. You find you have the power to create a joyous life that is on-purpose, the confidence to stretch and grow beyond limiting beliefs, and the ability to lead a deeply fulfilling life.

The centerpiece of the Happiness Program is the Sudarshan Kriya, a powerful time tested technique that uses specific, natural rhythms of the breath to release stress and toxins.
