Cyndi is the founder of the Jasper Fitness and Aquatic centre. With the love of competive sports and willing to take chances I decided to open my own fitness cenre in 1986. Being the Post Mistress of Jasper Canada Post we decided to build a double car garage with a second story for my fitness desire. Starting with friends only. They told 2 friends and so on. We outgrew our home location and purchased the former Connerty building with the help of BDC. I am certified with YMCA for group fitness, aquafitness, and personal trainer. Certified with Sports Performance Institude Personal Trainer. Certified with CALA(Canadian Aquafitness Leaders Alliance) College of Exercise Science for Cardio Kick Boxing. Continuning Education credits with ECA Miami/New York City, Canfit Pro, Bosu & Pilaties Certified. NIKE certified Sport PLAY program by Donna Richardson, Experience Swim Instructor,Teaching with over 28 years experience. I specialize in Aquafit for special population, rehab, auto accident,overweight from ages 3 month old to 80.
