The Ridge Run is an obstacle course race that is designed for every athletic condition in mind with the goal of perpetual improvement no matter where you’re at in your conditioning. It’s for the couch potato as well as the hardcore adventure seeker.The Ridge Run is brought to you by Oak Ridge MX, one of the gnarliest motocross tracks in the Midwest. This is our 1st annual mud/obstacle course that is guaranteed to keep you coming back for years to come! This is NOT a flat course. You will encounter some of Iowa's largest hills and valleys! We encourage you to run with a group or with a friend! Either way our friendly staff will be everywhere helping you along the way!
