The Vail Athletic Club is an 18,000 sq/ft fitness center has Peloton bikes, cardio equipment, and weight machines. The spa is renowned as the first spa in Vail and top-rated by guests and locals alike for our authentic treatments infused with nature.

Located within the Vail Mountain Lodge, the Vitality Center is a place to be physical, educated, motivated, and relaxed. We have a full spa offering massage, facials, signature treatments and more.

Our 18,000 square foot fitness center (Vail Athletic Club) has Peloton bikes, cardio equipment, weights, and CYBEX equipment. Over 50 group fitness classes are offered each week.or in addition to private sessions with our personal coaches in Yoga & Meditation, Pilates, Barre Rhythm, Outdoor Fitness & Indoor Climbing.

We offer a variety of memberships plus guest access with daily passes or punch cards. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, competitive athlete, active-aging athlete, busy executive, or someone in between, we are here to help you achieve your greatest potential.
