Join our energetic 45 minute workout that will make you sweat, laugh and feel on top of the world small group environment! You may never want to stop once you have started rebounding, it's that much fun.
The low impact nature of exercise makes it wonderfully easy on your joints and you will not be feeling sore for days after (like after some other exercise classes).
We mix cardio with strength training elements for an all over body workout. Our classes will suit people just starting on their fitness journey to people who are already on the fitness trail . We add lots of variety and most of all - FUN!
