So you’ve heard the rumours and now you know it’s happening! Underground Gym has established itself as Brighton and Hove’s number one premier gym and is now opening a new site in Newhaven. We’ll be bringing you all the great equipment and classes that we are renowned for in Brighton but with some added extras… everything you could possibly want from a gym all under one roof.

Calisthenics
Parkour
HIIT
We’ll have the best of the South coast’s physios on site plus a sauna to relax your well worked muscles.
We’ve had a good few years to hone what we do in Brighton and you can tell from our member testimonials that we have got it right. We are ahead of the game when it comes to providing the best equipment but more than that we know that for our members an inspiring and inclusive atmosphere and an encouraging environment is what keeps them coming back and spurs them on to get the most out of their training.
Underground Gym Newhaven is opening July 2017 and we have some amazing Early Bird offers www.underground-gym.com/newhaven. As with our Brighton gym, there is no contract tie in with our memberships.
We’ll build the gym, together with our members we’ll create our fitness community, get in there quick and be a part of it from the start.
