Unit 1 Gym offers a functional training/strength & conditioning gym, private training/coaching and Bury St Edmunds only full time combat sports/martial arts facility.

We run classes for kids, youths and adults in Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA in a safe, friendly and ego free environment.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to get the best out of their training and themselves.

We have viewing areas for both our gym and combat sports room with free WiFi and refreshments are available to purchase from our reception.
