Vira Bhava Yoga was born out of a deep desire to gather a community of courageous and powerful yogis who were willing to look deeply into ourselves.

Vira Bhava Yoga is a unique approach to Yoga Teacher Training that supports the growth of it's participants to become the highest caliber of student while providing the tools, resources, experiences, and skills necessary to become excellent teachers and visionaries in their local yoga communities. While encouraging a strong sense of individual growth and understanding, Vira Bhava Yoga works to cultivate everyone's unique gifts as blossoming teachers, helping them to find their own individual voice of experience that they can share with their own students. All of this is offered from a firm foundation of the philosophical principles of Yoga through which we mature and inspire our own practice and growth as teachers.
