Providing yoga classes in the Gambia. Classes are held at my home in Pipeline and other additional venues in Fajarai. Private classes can also be arranged for an individual or group of friends. All levels welcome!

Providing yoga classes in the Gambia.

I am a trained yoga teacher (200HR) in the Hatha style, currently residing in the Gambia. I have been practising yoga since childhood and will like to spread the benefits of yoga to you!

Although my official training was in the fundamental yoga style called Hatha yoga, my interests also expand to vinyasa (flow) yoga, power yoga, childrens yoga and aerial yoga.

Classes are held at my home in Pipeline and possibly other additional venues in Fajara. Private classes can also be arranged for an individual or group of friends. All levels welcome!

If you are new to yoga and want to give it a try you are most welcome. I have extra mats and yoga props available for you to use.
