Hi, I'm Matthea Schumpelt (RYT-200). My passion is in helping others develop their strength, confidence, and well-being through yoga at any age and fitness level.
Although I am a registered and certified yoga instructor, I am also a mom to two very busy boys (6 and 3 years). I enjoy the stress-relief and strength building that yoga brings, and my hope is to share this with my community in Miramichi.
My yoga classes all take place at Sovereign Community Church (302 Big Ferry Rd) in Douglastown. I mostly offer yoga classes in sessions, because I believe that a yoga practice should be exactly that: a commitment. My sessions run between 6 and 8 weeks in length.
