Bikram Yoga is a specifically designed series of 26 postures and 2 breathing excercises practiced in a heated room. Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments, and joints while stimulating different organs, glands and nerves restoring the body to its natural health and flexibility. This 90 minute class offers a total body workout for all ages, body types, and fitness levels.
