If you find the gyms too big or intimidating, come join me, let's dance! My classes are friendly, supportive and we love new students! Routines can be modified for whatever your current level of fitness is.
$8/drop-in class, or save with a class pass (5/$35, 10/$60 or 20/$110) Cash/checks or PayPal accepted.
Seniors (62+) and Students w/IDs (16+, under 18 w/parent consent) $6/drop-in class or 10 class pass for $50.

Zumba® Wednesday mornings (9:30-10:30am) and Thursday evenings (6:30-7:30pm).
Zumba® Gold at Grace Lutheran Church, Mount Prospect, Thursday mornings (10:00-11:00am)
NEW: Zumba® Toning Tuesdays (5:30-6:30pm) at Twin Lakes Rec Area (Palatine) through Salt Creek Rural Park District and coming soon Zumba® Gold and Gold, Seated Classes at Arlington Heights Senior Center.
PLEASE NOTE: Zumba® Toning and Gold through the park districts are session based so Free class passes and drop-in fees/class passes are NOT accepted for these classes.
