We have an epidemic of food related disease in Australia. It's heartbreaking, especially as its affecting our children's generation.

I spent a year at my kitchen table with a good friend, researching how the body functions and what we need to eat to live long and strong. There were so many 'wow' moments for me as I began to realise that if we eat daily with intention we don't need to be a sitting duck hoping that disease will miss us.

This led to us practically helping families eat well. For the last 3 years we've supplied organic veg & fruit boxes to over a 1,000 Gold Coast families.

I've talked with 100's of people, mainly mums and so I understand the struggles when you start on the health journey. Healthy eating is not complicated if you know 'how to'. People are busy and time poor and so we've let the food manufacturers feed us and we've don't know how to eat wholesome foods anymore. We don't need to buy much from supermarkets yet our trolleys are filled with dead foods.

Health is simple and delicious if you know how. I teach & mentor people on how to shop for health and eat with intention daily.

I've always loved healthy eating but I struggled with portion control (always ate way too much) and was addicted to anything with refined sugar in it for 25 years. I understand the struggles of food addiction but the last 9 years I've eaten organic foods, no longer eat too much and nothing would entice me to eat anything with the white death (refined sugar). Yes, I still have a sweet tooth, but let's use the beautiful alternatives.

As a single mum I've raised twin girls to love wholesome organic foods.
