We teach traditional Mixed Martial Arts-we have an extensive curriculum in all forms including: Mixed Martial Arts, from Muytal, grap-pling, Kuksool, Boxing, sparring, jiu jitsu, standup and ground fighting. We also train in weapons attack and self-defense, and general body conditioning.
We also offer Private classes if interested.
