What is Alternate Touch?
Alternate Touch is a company dedicated to maximizing the health and well being of animals. Our knowledge of both scientific research and alternative therapies allowed us to create a range of products to support healthy joint/muscle function (Equine Recovery Bars), support healthy digestion (Equine Digestion Bars) and support a healthy urinary tract (Equine UT bars). Our supplement bars can be also combined with a body work session, or our oral or topical products, providing a truly holistic approach to optimise and maintain the well-being of your horse.
What do we do?
Our approach to treating horses is to look at every aspect of the animal, including their nutrition, emotional status, physical and mental history, digestive function as well as any issues in the musculoskeletal system. This holistic approach allows Dr Hawken to assess the animal as a whole and create a program that has long lasting positive effects on the health and well-being of the animal.
We offer both in person and online/telephone consultations, or you can simply order our products through our online shop . Though most of our products are targeted at the equine market, we also created a canine version of our Equine Recovery Bars, due to popular demand from our customers to support healthy joint/muscle function in their dogs (Canine Miracle Bars).
