Atlantis Serenity Holistic Health Retreat is situated in a small authentic village called Schinokapsala, on the South East coast of Crete, Greece. There are only a few local inhabitants in the village. The village faces pure nature and the Mediterranean sea where you will find peace and quiet also tranquility. The beach is only 6klm away from the village. We provide an all inclusive package to help you get all you need to rejuvenate and feel stress free. Our aim is to help you find peace and show you some ways to recover from stress like Meditation and Yoga. Also there are some therapies available such as: Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Angel Therapy and other kinds of healing. Also a variety of creative workshops for example, Pottery, Glass art, Jewellery, Writing, Dancing.. We have a variety of fresh organically grown vegetarian food to offer at the retreat but on your arrival and on your last day we take you to a Authentic Greek Taverna to try the local cuisine. We include long and short walks through gorges and forests also visits to archaeological sites. We can accommodate one to one or group visits at the retreat. Transfers are included to and from the airports.We look forward to meeting you and to share your experiences that you will have at the retreat.
