We are currently meeting at York Jazzercise Center with Hatha Yoga classes offered weekly, and Restorative Yoga offered monthly. The classes are all-levels (meaning if do not have any major limitations, you will probably do fine in the class!). Mats and props are provided, so you can just bring yourself.
