Boot Camp is a high pace high octane workout that yields big results. This is a fat burning, lean muscle building workout for individuals who want to get in shape or those who want to maintain. This class focuses on the core muscles by increasing muscle endurance and strength by using weights, polymerics, and cardio vascular training.
Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial art dedicated to the fitness of the mind, body, and spirit through practical application and practice. It is not a sport. Though it is not essentially competitive, it has great combat applications.
