At Bonfire Fitness, you’ll find a group of people working together for a common goal: better living through exercise. We focus exclusively on group fitness classes to build community and accountability in the company of others who care and want to have fun doing it!
Daily movement is an essential nutrient for our bodies to be fit, healthy, and energetic...the kind of movement that gets you sweating and breathing hard. Workouts are designed using interval training, incorporating cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility, using your own body weight, bands, and exercise balls. There will be information given on proper form, ways to effectively and safely perform the exercises, and knowing why the exercises are important. In addition, progress will be measured on a regular basis, giving you even more accountability and ways to see how you've improved or changed. You’ll learn how to have a safe, effective workout in 30 minutes.
