The Bow Valley's premiere Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club. Running classes every Monday and Wednesday at Lifeworks Gym in Canmore. Classes are beginner friendly and open to all levels. First class is always free, bring yourself and all your friends to Bow Valley Jiu Jitsu for a workout like no other.
Class rates are as follows ::
$80/monthly membership
$400 - 6 month membership
$800 - 12 Month membership
Drop in rate - non-members $20/class
10 Punch card - $150 valid for 4 months from date of purchase.
Must be 16 years or older to attend, parent/guardians signature required for under 18.
