Cann Institute was founded by Melanie Cann, a Clinical Pharmacist with 12 years of practice experience. After overcoming her own health challenges it became Melanie’s mission is to help people who are suffering with chronic health challenges such as Autoimmunity and Autism regain their health and live their best life.
Melanie Cann and her care team utilize Functional and Lifestyle medicine to guide their patients journey to reach their health goals. Each patient will have their story heard, the root cause(s) of their health challenges found and an individualized plan designed for them. The team understands what it is like to have health challenges and not feel well, appointments can be booked virtually making these services more easily accessible.
