Welcome to the Capital Punishment Boxing Gym & Fitness Center! Our boxing facility offers Amateur and Professional Boxing training with state of the art equipment. The boxing gym is open Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-8:00pm, located on 137 N. 10th Street, Harrisburg, PA. The boxing gym offers a professional boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags and all the equipment, accessories and gear you could possibly need.
We offer Boxing & fitness Group Classes for men, women and children 7yrs and up. We have beginners, intermediate, and advanced classes. We also provide Trainers for your individual training needs. We provide training to general members, amateur fighters & professional athletes. Promotion and management services are also available.
