I am Carly Rae “wombmama” – a Structural Integration Practitioner, Holistic Pelvic Care™ Practitioner, Arvigo Therapy™ Practitioner, Full-Spectrum Doula, Traditional Midwife -in training- and a radical humanitarian. After practicing integrative bodywork for over 11 years, my work has transformed into a deeper calling to empower and educate people, especially women, about their bodies. In 2014 I began my specialization into women’s health. I immersed myself into learning about the female body, menstrual cycles, fertility, the womb and sexual organs, through all life stages. This in-depth learning led me to heal my body, sexual traumas, and deep wounds. I have regained myself. I can listen to my inner wisdom. I know what I need and I take care of myself on a deeper level. This is what I want for all women, of all ages, who cross my path. I want you to be able to hear the whispers within and know, without a doubt, that you are able to take care of yourself and love yourself in an honest and gentle way.
