After losing both of my parents to Cancer in 2012-2013, I searched for hope for myself and my family to live a lifestyle of clean eating, moving more and spiritual guidance to deal with our loss. Cleansing and clean eating have now become our way of life. This page has been created to bring awareness on the importance of healthy living. Clean eating is not enough. Toxins in our environment have steadily increased and we need to get rid of those toxins if we want to stand any chance against the diseases that have developed in our society today.
