Great class for any fitness level. Come ready to sweat, smile and sweat some more!!! Class location is held inside the West Valley Bible Church (wvBc) building. The building is also the location for the Sunago Community Center Monday - Friday. First class is always free and day care is available on selected days. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have!!
