We are obliged to inform you that we require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment or it will be forfeited and a charge may be made upto 50%
(If you have a Pre-paid treatment it will be forfeited if you fail to give us 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment). Once a treatment has been paid for, we do not offer refunds unless there is a medical reason that you cannot have the treatment.
Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. Regretfully late arrival will constitute reduced treatment time,but will be charged at the full rate.
For treatment bookings of 2 hours or more we require credit card details to confirm the booking.
