Keith is internationally recognised as a nutrition, fitness and wellbeing expert and specialist in extreme weight loss. He has appeared in multiple magazines and features, and has even worked with Gold medal Olympians prior to the 2012 London Olympics.
Keith's reputation has grown since his first TV series "Fit Happens" was screened. His passion and enthusiasm for health, fitness and mental strength stems from childhood and has put him on the international radar.
