Cornerstone Family Fitness
We are a 24 hour access fitness facility with over 40,000 square feet of free weights, cardio machines, aerobics room, stretching room, full mens and womens bathrooms with showers and lockers, and a supplement store.
We strive hard to keep the facility clean and looking nice for our members. Our indoor walking track is very popular, 18 lap equals a mile.
We have a 1800 sq foot aerobic room that is used for ZUMBA, Step Aerobics, Sit2Bfit, Yilates and more. It can be used by anyone when classes are not being held.
We have a variety of cardiovascular equipment, including True Treadmills, elliptical, recumbent and spin bike, and a rowing machine.
Our weight room has a big variety of equipment for even the most seasoned lifter or the physically limited or senior citizen. We have benches for incline, decline military and regular chest press. Squat rack, leg press, hack squat, calf raise and more. We also have dumbbells that range from 3 to 140 lbs.
We offer a variety of machines for chest, back, arms, abs, and legs that are fully adjustable to fit any persons strength or size.
Training packages are separate from gym memberships but we offer several different styles from single, group, nutrition and transformation.

4 tanning bed rooms will be open soon. We will have a stand up bed, 2 lay down beds and a leg tanner.
