CrossFit Kinetics has a sparse amount of conventional gym equipment. Instead we have lifting platforms, pull-up bars, Olympic bars and bumper plates, kettlebells, and medicine balls.

This equipment is then used in pre-programmed classes using the functional movements and multiple metabolic pathways. These movements include deadlifts, clean and jerk, various shoulder presses and squats. We couple these movements with calisthenics such as push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups. We also use metabolic conditioning such as running, rowing, and jump rope. Most people follow a 3 days on, 1 day off workout scheme.

Each class consists of three parts;
• warm up (5-10 minutes)
• skill or strength component (15-20 minutes)
• a high intensity workout that varies between 5-20 minutes

Monday 6:00am, 7:30am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30 pm, & 6:30pm

Tuesday 6:00am, 7:30am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30 pm & 6:30pm

Wednesday 6:00am, 7:30am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30 pm & 6:30pm

Thursday 6:00am, 7:30am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm (stretch/mobility class)

Friday 6:00am, 7:30am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30 pm &; 6:30pm (open gym)

Saturday 10:00 am (open gym) & 11:00am

Sunday 11:00am
