CrossFit Ridgecrest is a family based affiliation of CrossFit. Our mission is to share with the community our own “community” of forging elite fitness…for EVERYONE. Our main drive is our kids. If you learn to move correctly, move fast and powerfully as a kid, it becomes a platform to build your life on. The confidence of “movement” goes hand in hand with success in all aspects of life. We would like to see the youth of our community begin with the best education in efficient movement. Not only will CrossFit bring multiple components of fitness into EVERYONEs daily lives but it will build the ultimate fitness foundation for any sport or recreational activity, and reduce the risk of unnecessary injury.
