Vim&Vigor

Previously our cardio hip hop class! Groove and sweat off in this intense cardio dance class that uses hip hop and other current songs as a base to shake your groove thang! Each class is also concluded with toning of the arms, legs, and core.


Turbo Tabata

Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, this class will improve your balance, strength, and cardio endurance.


Stretch & Serenity

60 minutes of Zen. The mood is set with dim lights, aroma therapy, and calming music. You will be taken through a series of stretches and yoga poses to relax your body and balance your mind.all

Kettlebell AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn. Get lost in the music and push yourself

STACK
This amazing interval class will cover you from head to toe! get sweaty as you STACK the time intervals at different stations using various pieces of equipment and body weight styled exercises!
