Destination CrossFit

Our program is based on CrossFit methodology: constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.




CrossFit class times are as follows:

Monday - Friday
Morning classes start at 5:30, 6:30, 7:30,and 8:30am.
Afternoon classes start at 12:00, 3:30, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30pm.
Saturday 9:00am-10:30pm. Closed Sunday.

Open Gym is also held 6:30pm Monday-Friday and 9:00am-10:30am Saturdays.
