About me
My journey of discovery has been painful, exhilerating and wonderous. It started in a well known 12 step program where, defiantly, I had to come to terms with ‘a God of my understanding’. Once I accepted this concept things changed rapidly for me.
I began to meditate and a whole new world unfolded for me. I opened new doors as they were presented to me, even if it was scary and uncomfortable, and they were. Many people have helped and coached me along the way and I know I wouldn’t be here without them. It was all a divine plan, a plan that has brought me to today. I am in awe and humbled by my life today. If I can share this with you, if I can help someone today, this is what I want to do.
Today I hold certification as a Reiki Master, an Access Bars® Practitioner and an Advanced ThetaHealing® Practitioner. I would love to share any of these with you to bring harmony, relaxation and light to your life.
