Dixie M. Frank Rolfing and Massage Therapy

Rating 5.0 (average of 32 opinions)

Rolfing SI works with the client to release tensional patterns and allow free, fluid movement while helping clients gain greater awareness of their inhibiting and limiting movement patterns, offering more efficient ways to perform daily activities.

I am a graduate of the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado. I decided to pursue Rolfing after experiencing the amazing benefits in my own body after just a few sessions. I am also a Nationally Certified Colorado State registered Massage Therapist.

I have always loved the outdoors and enjoyed being active--having the ability to do whatever I wanted to do, be it playing volleyball, backpacking, snowshoeing, or doing triathlons.

I strive to find the right balance in life and in my body, and Rolfing has been an integral part of my ability to stay strong, healthy, flexible, manage stress, and overall, just feel good in my body.

My intention is to work in close partnership with my clients to help them achieve balance in their bodies in order to stay active, be healthy, and to physically be able to do all the things they love to do.
