As a naturopathic physician, Dr. Carla Kozak works with a person's innate healing potential to help them overcome imbalances which, over time, can lead to dis-ease or an imbalance in one's natural state of health. This means digging deeper, identifying the contributing factors and removing those barriers to health and optimal wellness. Correction of the root cause of a problem will most often give way to a profound and lasting transformation in one's health and life.

Dr. Kozak uses a variety of techniques in her practice:

Dr. Kozak is licensed with the Canadian Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia (CNPBC). She is board certified in accupuncture, chelation, and pharmaceutical prescribing. She has 7 years of post-secondary education, including 4 years at Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, an accredited Naturopathic medical school in BC. Carla was raised in a Naturopathic family - her father, Dr. Loren Kozak, has been a practising Naturopathic physician in Nelson BC for 28 years and her mother, Catharine Kozak, is a registered Acupuncturist.
