NOTE: informing you of the cancellation procedure for the gym. Please be aware cancelling your direct debit at the bank doesn't cancel your gym membership and you will incur additional charges. To cancel your gym membership you need to call DFC of whom your contractual agreement is with on 01908 422 000. DFC take payments on our behalf; in your confirmation email which everyone receives upon joining all the terms and conditions are included. The gym cannot be held responsible for missed payments, charges or cancelling memberships – that is between DFC and yourself. DFC will ask you for 30 days cancellation notice outside of your contracted period. I would like to reiterate all of the FW Fitness staff are NOT able to cancel memberships and each of them are aware to inform members to call DFC.
