Exeter Arena is the South West Regional Athletics Stadium and includes an 8 lane 400m Synthetic track with a 10 lane straight. The arena has a full complement of facilities and equipment to cater for track & field athletics, from school sports days to National championship standards., which are help from April – September.
The centre arena is floodlit, allowing evening training sessions and competitions, for both athletics and soccer matches. This major facility has been designed especially to offer a wide range of activities for everyone. The infield doubles up as a Football pitch from October – march.
20 Station Expressions Gym:
Our Gym was upgraded in January 2012 with life-fitness cardio equipment and hammer strength weight machines. The cardio equipment includes treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes and concept2 rowers. The weights area includes cable crossover, smith machine, chest- press, plated row, leg extension and hamstring curl machines as well as dumbbells and bars.

If you’re looking to relax after a run or gym session why not try out our Sauna suite, which is able to hold up to 4 people at a time.
