Our mission is to create strong bodies and powerful minds. Working together to get fit, feel great and know that we Kan accomplish anything. Our number one goal is to inspire women to reach beyond what they thought was possible.




What separates Kaia F.I.T. (Functional Intense Training) from other programs is the combination of our intense muscle confusion workouts, nutritional guidance along with constant support from our certified Koaches. Kaia F.I.T. will help you achieve dramatic results. Our whole body approach to fitness and healthy living will make you leaner, stronger, more flexible, and give you the energy to be more effective in your daily life.
We also offer speciality klasses to challenge you throughout the year. We offer suspension TRX/Cardio klasses, I Kan Run klasses and I Kan Tri (triathlon) klasses. These specialty klasses are meant to offer a variety of fitness activities to women of all ages and fitness levels. It pushes Kaia girls to step out of their comfort zone, create new goals every year and reach beyond what they thought was possible. To achieve those goals Fallon Kaia F.I.T encourages its members to participates in local races and events.

We also have class passes for sale upon availability. You can choose from either a 5, 10, 20, or 30 class pass! Contact us for details.

Class schedule: 5am, 6am, 9am, 530pm, and 7pm.
