ACRYLIC OR GEL WARRANTY: I will guarantee my work that no nail will crack or pop off up to and inc 3 consecutive days of doing the service. I will repair FOR FREE as long as the following conditions are meet:
You must notify me on 0412 244 712 within three days of doing nail service, via text message, or voice mail and leave date of notification, otherwise guarantee is void and full fee will be charged of $5 for acrylic or $7 for gels per nail for repair.
Sorry I do not offer money back guarantees, as my products are expensive to buy.
Customer satisfaction is important to me and if you are not satisfied with my workmanship, PLEASE tell me on the day of service so l can l TRY to fix the problem. Once you walk out the door and complain later, penalties apply to fix any unsatisfied work.
Customer Pampering Procedures: As this is my own salon, you are not treated as if you are on a production line.So l can work slower than the bigger salons, which allows me to offer you a more personalized service with greater care and attention to your individual needs. So allow 2.5 hours for a full set of nails, or any other package ask me for the time frame, don't assume l will be as fast as the other salons. Tea/coffee is included in my service to you.
Please turn of your mobile during your consultation to ensure you visit is without interruption, so l can create the relaxing atmosphere needed to complete my service to you properly, otherwise the time frame to complete my work will be longer.
