•Remedial Massage Therapy - Fiore Massage's Remedial Massage Therapy is a soft tissue Remedial Massage with a focus on the body from a holistic perspective. Body, mind and energy as a whole being. Our treatment technique is a gentler practice, working with the fascia and muscles in a traditional style, and we use vacuum cups, heated stones, acupressure, no-hand massage and moxa to facilitate deep tissue healing, aid circulation, loosen tight muscles and increase range of movement. We use Tui Balms massage mediums and Zen Herbal Muscle spray. Treatment times start from 30 minutes and range to 90 minutes. •Relaxation Massage Treatment - We have recently reintroduced our Essential Oil Relaxation Massage Treatments. Available as a 30 minute Express appointment or a full body 60 minute treatment, we use either Sydney Essential Oil Company blends mixed with either warmed coconut or SEOC massage oil or choose from our range of scented Tui Blams all working together to bring you to a deep level of relaxation. Perfect for minor aches & pains, improving circulation, and promoting overall calm and relaxation. Prices start at $60.00.
• NurtureLife® Remedial Pregnancy Massage - Rachael is a certified Pregnancy Massage Australia® NurtureLife® Pregnancy Practitioner, which qualifies her to massage clients from pre-conception through to (and including) labour and into the post natal period, the fourth trimester. The massage is a remedial based practice, targeting muscle, ligament and tendon discomfort. We will work with you to ensure your pregnancy journey is nurtured and supported. We also can provide Labour Preparation sessions to teach you and your birthing partner acupressure, positioning and rebozo tips and tricks to assist you during labour, as well as individually tailored Labour Preparation massage & acupressure sessions for women in from 38 weeks.
Rachael holds a Bachelor of Nursing (peri-operative), is a qualified Doula, Infant Massage Instructor and a student Childbirth Educator, and Placenta Encapsulator and is also training in Bekung Belly Binding and Baby Wearing Consutlation and continually updates skills and qualifications to keep abreast of current research and treatments surrounding pregnancy, childbirth and the post-natal period.
NurtureLife® consultations vary from 30 minutes to 90 minutes and prices start at $50.00. We use Tui Blams, NurtureLife® specially developed trimester Aromatherapy Massage oils and essential oils. We also sell a range of Mama Mara Herbal Teas for each stage of pregnancy and breastfeeding, and have other products available for sale.
•Womb Love Bodywork - We provide a 90 minute treatment based on training we've received from Fertility Massage Therapy (UK). Womb Love bodywork is a fusion of techniques including abdominal sacral bodywork, breath work, pulsing, rebozo, reiki, guided visualisations and a twist of intuition to provide a nurturing and sacred massage. This unique bland of therapies will gently bring harmony and balance to the reproductive, digestive and sacral areas by increasing circulation, promoting normal balance, alleviating physical and emotional stress, aiding tin the elimination of old stagnant blood and scar tissue and creating space within the pelvic region for womb alignment. Our main focus is the torso from the pubic bone to the ribs and lower lumbar, sacrum and buttocks. Womb Love Bodywork can assist with reproductive issues such as Endometriosis, PCOS, irregular bleeds, heavy and painful periods, constipation, IBS and other pelvic disorders. It also aids in women getting in touch with their Femininity and Power.
